Project Management
We take the stress out of your bathroom renovation. It is vital to have a good project manager in order to achieve a successful renovation. We have vast experience dealing with the intricacies of scheduling multiple tradesmen and dealing with various suppliers and know exactly how to manage your renovation.
We have built strong relationships over the years with all the tradesmen we work with. High standards in the quality of workmanship is a priority.

Quality Control
Quality control is important to MMA to ensure customer satisfaction. As well as Project Management, Rochelle also takes care of quality control.
Either onsite on on the phone daily to ensure the project is running on time, Rochelle conducts daily meetings with the team to discuss next steps. Visual checks are made at all stages to keep the project progressing and assess the quality of workmanship. By doing this we are able to keep our customers up to date with timelines, any issues arising and discuss anything that possibly needs improvement.
This also allows an opportunity for any small changes to be made before carrying on with the project. Once the project is complete, Rochelle will inspect the job with the customer for any final paint touch ups, check all fittings are installed, check the area is clean and no rubbish is left on site.
